Scalyx

iPhone app

A refuge,
not just a planner.

Scalyx lays your day down gently. Made for ADHD brains, and for anyone who feels overwhelmed quickly.

Today's agenda in Scalyx, on 22 July 2026: eight tasks as cards, from Wake up gently to Read a few pages, each with its own icon and a time.

A day is not a shopping list. There is the moment you lay it out, the moment you begin, and the moment you are allowed to stop. Scalyx stays with you through all three.

01 Today's agenda

Your whole day fits on one screen.

Cards, a small colour icon, a time, sometimes a few sub-steps. You tick one off and the title is crossed out very gently. Nothing flashes, nothing keeps score, nothing lectures you.

  • A task you did not get to simply stays there, without comment.
  • You can move it to tomorrow or to another day in two taps.
  • To go from one day to the next, you just swipe.
Agenda screen: the date in large type, the strip of seven days of the week, then the tasks as cards with their times and their sub-step counts.

02 The assistant that plans

Say it in your own words. It turns them into small steps.

You tell it what you have to do, out loud or by typing. The assistant cuts it into pieces small enough that the first one is not scary, then it offers you a plan with realistic times.

  • A suggestion stays a suggestion: it enters your agenda when you tap “Add”.
  • After that, if you ask it to move or rename a task, it does that for you directly.
  • Your conversations stay put, so you can reopen them later.
A conversation with the assistant: after the message “I have a file due and I can’t get started”, it replies with three timed steps and an Add to my day button.

03 The capture inbox

It crosses your mind. You put it somewhere.

Call your mother back, pick up watercolour again some Sunday, renew the prescription. Everything that shows up at the wrong moment goes into the inbox. You write it down now, you decide later.

  • Nothing needs a date to be allowed to exist.
  • When you are ready, a note becomes a task for the day.
  • Each note keeps an estimated length, so you know what fits into ten minutes.
Your inbox screen: ten notes waiting, from “Find a yoga class” to “Book a dentist appointment”, each with its own icon and an estimated length.

04 The focus timer

A timer that stays with you.

You start the session from the task, the screen quietens down and all that is left is the time passing. If you lock your iPhone, the timer keeps going, on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

  • One more moment and you would be done: you add + 1 min.
  • You need a breather: you pause. That is allowed.
  • You can come back to the app whenever you like, the countdown is waiting.
The focus timer open on the task “Focus session: Horizon file”: a large progress ring, the time left in serif figures, a pause button and a plus one minute button.

05 The refuge

A place where nothing is waiting for you.

This is the tab where there is nothing to finish. Guided breathing for when it rises too fast. An affirmation to read. A mood journal to note how you are doing, without having to explain it to anyone.

  • You can stay five minutes, or just open it and close it again.
  • No streak to keep alive, no badge to earn.
Refuge screen titled “A moment for you”: a Breathing card illustrated with a figure whose eyes are closed, then the beginning of an Affirmation card illustrated with leaves.

One affirmation a day

The silence went on, and the bridge is still standing. You cross it by walking, not by apologizing.
One of the affirmations from the refuge. Every day the next one is there for you. You read it, or you walk on by: it asks for nothing in return.
The affirmation of the day shown in large serif type in the middle of an almost empty screen, with the strip of the last eight days at the bottom.

06 And the rest

The things that happen without you having to think about them.

  • English and French

The interface, the affirmations and the assistant follow the language of your iPhone.

  • Back again on your iPhone

Your tasks and your notes are saved to iCloud, so they come back even after you reinstall the app.

  • Your calendar already exists

Scalyx can import your Calendar events and your iPhone Reminders, rather than making you type everything again.

  • Out loud

When writing takes too much energy, you can simply talk to the assistant.

Let's start tomorrow morning.

Open the app, put down three things, and see how you feel. That is already a day.
